Shipping at ZuesDelievery

We work with third-party suppliers who ship products directly to you, often from China. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Destinations and charges

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Standard shipping to Israel is US$4.99, with free shipping on orders of US$75 or more. Shipping to our currently supported international destinations is US$6.99 per order. If your address has no shipping option at checkout, contact zuesdelievery@gmail.com before ordering.

Delivery estimates

Delivery and processing times vary by product, supplier and destination. Contact us with the product and delivery country for the current estimate before ordering. Supplier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; customs, local carriers and holidays can cause delays. Tracking details are sent when available after dispatch.

Order support

Please check your shipping address carefully. For an address correction, cancellation request, missing parcel or delivery question, email zuesdelievery@gmail.com with your order number promptly. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any unavailable items.

International orders may be subject to import charges imposed by your destination. Any charges collected by us are shown at checkout. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification.
